Tim Atkin MW is an award-winning wine critic, journalist, and the creator of The Best of Canary Wines. In preparation for his first-ever report on the region, he conducted tastings in Tenerife, Lanzarote, and Gran Canaria, evaluating wines from all seven Canary Islands.
At the event, Tim will share his insights into the region’s extraordinary diversity, heritage, and potential, and will also announce the winners of the Canary Islands Wine Awards 2025 — the first recognition of its kind across all seven islands.
